Absolutely spectacular, Sir! What a terrific exposure and I really like your perspective here, as if there is a lineal connection between the mesa here on the left and the milky way ...so wonderful. This also makes me remember how, as a little kid living in Alamos, CO at 7,000+ feet elevation, we used to have nights like this where the stars are completely visible. @Denny Jump Photo: Thanks, Denny. Yeah, I think it was all those camping trips as a child that instilled my love for the night sky. Astronomy became a hobby (and for a brief time, my college major), so I'm thrilled that technology has started to allow me to photograph what I see. It'll only get better.
