First Snow, El Capitan, Yosemite

Posted by
Gary Hart (California, United States) on 31 December 2011 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Last month I was in Yosemite for the first snow of the season. What a treat to capture the fall color blanketed in winter white. On my blog I write about how I prepare to photograph in cold and wet weather.

I love the way Fall transitions to Winter here, Gary! As always you are an inspiration, and your work is one of the reasons I picked up a camera in the first place! Happy New Year to you and your family, and safe, happy shooting in 2012!
