Fall Into Winter, Yosemite

I'm trying to figure out why so many photographers struggle to create the images they want to create, or achieve the attention ($$$) they think their images deserve. It's not for lack of trying. I've decided that many photographers rely too much on their camera's technology and haven't fully grasped some very basic photographic principles. Read more here.

i have read your story and write-up on wordpress - some good insight into photography thought process and seeing the scene around you... this is a finely constructed photo with interesting composition - i like how each layer from the left onwards opens up to reveal what's behind it...
